In the first part of the activity, Qin Bin, the Party Secretary of the Motorcycle Industry Chain of Jiangmen City, delivered a special lecture to the trainees, providing a comprehensive and three-dimensional explanation of the entire picture, organizational structure system and long-term development blueprint of the industry chain's Party building. The Motorcycle Industry Chain Party Committee of Jiangmen City was officially established on August 5, 2024, as one of the 15 municipal-level key industrial chains in the city. As an exclusive Party organization, it broke the barriers between upstream and downstream enterprises and connected scattered large and small enterprises into an organic whole. By transforming the Party's political advantages and organizational advantages into industrial competitive advantages, it has become a red engine driving the upgrading of Jiangmen's trillion-dollar motorcycle industrial cluster. During the lecture, Secretary Qin Bin, based on detailed industry data and practical achievements, systematically summarized the four core work achievements since the establishment of the Party committee: establishing the province's first public test track to fill the hardware gap in industry research and testing; relying on the "state-owned capital + private enterprise" joint construction model, collaborating with Tianhe Supercomputer to shorten the research cycle and accelerate technological breakthroughs for electric and high-end large-displacement motorcycles; deeply exploring motorcycle cultural tourism resources to create a city-level characteristic IP for the industry, polishing the "Jiangmen Motorcycle" global brand; establishing a school-enterprise co-education and Party member pioneer cultivation system to forge a team of highly skilled red craftsmen.

After the presentation, all the participants moved to the Jiangmen Summit Motor Intelligent Production Workshop to experience in an immersive way the real scene of the manufacturing enterprise's digitalization, standardization and intelligence transformation under the leadership of Party building. In the spacious and orderly modern workshop, the automated mechanical arms moved in an orderly manner, components were assembled, precise inspections were conducted, and the entire process of intelligent assembly lines was closely connected. AGV transportation equipment moved efficiently back and forth, significantly reducing manual intervention throughout the process. Standardized control was implemented throughout every production step. From the precision processing of components to the final assembly and delivery of the complete vehicle, a closed-loop intelligent production system operated efficiently, visually demonstrating the leapfrog transformation of Jiangmen Motorcycle Manufacturing from traditional manual processing to high-end intelligent manufacturing.
A vehicle model discussion and research meeting was held to jointly plan a new blueprint for the upgrading of the motorcycle industrial cluster.
Subsequently, the group visited the Summit Motor Products Exhibition Hall in Jiangmen. A variety of fuel and electric motorcycle models, which were sold in overseas markets such as South America and Africa, were neatly displayed. These models covered multiple categories including commuting, medium and large displacement leisure vehicles, and specialized for export. This presentation vividly demonstrated the high value-added and differentiated product layout of Jiangmen's motorcycles. The trainees stood by to observe the design and process configuration of the models, and gained a deep understanding of Jiangmen's motorcycles' industrial confidence based on the advantages of a complete industrial chain support for deeply penetrating the global export market. Around the innovative mechanism of the Party Committee of Jiangmen's Motorcycle Industry Chain for coordinating cluster development, all parties engaged in multi-level discussions: The trainees focused on asking the Party Committee of the industry chain how to break through the barriers of upstream and downstream resource integration, how to build a public service platform to benefit small and medium-sized enterprises, and how the Party member breakthrough teams could solve the core technical bottlenecks of electrification; For Jiangmen Summit Motor, as a key enterprise on the chain, how to rely on the Party Committee platform to achieve technological transformation and upgrading, talent attraction and cultivation, and overseas market expansion, the enterprise shared practical experiences on the spot; Everyone also based on the current situation of non-public party building development in the province, exchanged difficulties and pain points in the integration and development of industrial party building and enterprise party building, and jointly explored feasible paths for empowering advanced manufacturing through party building, helping local industrial brands go global, and cultivating new quality productive forces.
